General Sale Terms
- All our product prices are in AUD, and include GST.
- All care is taken in item listings however any misprints, omissions or mistakes might be present, and are unintentional.
Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy
- We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer this simple 14 Day Product Exchange / Refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days from the date your order was received for exchange or credit only. This excludes electrical items.
- Any return within this period (except size swapping) will incur a 10% handling fee.
- If the product you receive is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately and return it to us within 14 days from the date your order was received. After we assess the item and agree that the item is faulty, you may choose to receive an exchange, credit or refund. Defective items will not be accepted back for refund or exchange after 14 days.
- Please note, refunds will not be given for incorrect sizing, incorrect ordering of spare parts, electrical items or change of mind. Refunds will only be issued for faulty or defective items.
- Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of use or have had their tags removed. All items must be returned in their original packaging or they will not be accepted.
- Please note:We are unable to accept returns for refund or exchange on electrical items and products that have been custom made or special ordered.
- Additionally, all shipping charges incurred to exchange, return or refund an item(s), are the customers responsibility.
Before returning an item, please contact us by phone or email with the following details:
- Your invoice number
- Your name and contact information
- The name of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Most orders are sent using Australia Post or occasionally Fastway couriers. For Australia Post most items will be sent with either express post or registered post. Certain small items and magazines will be sent regular post unless specified otherwise.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days of receiving payment.
- Payments made via bank deposit may take 1-2 days to clear and goods will be shipped after payment is received.

Backorder & Out of Stock Policy
- We do our best to keep most items fully stocked. However, there may be times when certain products are temporarily out of stock or special ordered. This may be due to our products coming from our international suppliers, or our suppliers being out of stock. If an order contains a product that is out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately by email or phone.
- Upon receiving this notification the customer will have the option to substitute for a different product that is currently in stock, receive a full refund, or wait for the backorder until it is received in stock. Customers will be given an approximate delivery date, when possible.
- Backordered products will be shipped as soon as they become available.
